InstaTunnel is operated by InstaTunnel Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InstaTunnel Inc.

2. Description of Service

InstaTunnel is a localhost tunneling service that allows developers to expose local applications to the internet through secure tunnels. Our Service includes:

• Command-line interface (CLI) for creating tunnels
• Web dashboard for managing tunnels and analytics
• HTTPS tunnels with automatic SSL certificates
• Custom subdomains and authentication options
• Real-time analytics and request logging

3. User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information updated
• Maintain the security of your API keys
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

API Keys

Your API key is your authentication credential. You must:

• Keep your API key secure and confidential
• Not share your API key with unauthorized parties
• Notify us immediately if your API key is compromised
• Use API keys only for your own applications

4. Acceptable Use

You may use InstaTunnel only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activities
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Host content that violates intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining

Rate Limits and Resource Usage

To ensure fair usage, we impose the following limits:

• Free Tier: 3 simultaneous tunnels, 24-hour sessions
• Request Limits: Reasonable usage as determined by our systems
• Bandwidth: Subject to fair use policies
• Abuse Prevention: Automated systems monitor for unusual activity

5. Payment Terms

Billing

For paid plans:

• Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selection
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
• All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Changes will:

• Not affect your current billing period
• Be communicated via email
• Allow you to cancel before changes take effect

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until expiration
• Your account reverts to the free tier
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points:

• We do not store or inspect content passing through tunnels
• We collect minimal metadata for analytics and security
• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We never sell your personal information

• Our trademarks, logos, and branding
• Documentation and user interfaces

Your Rights

You retain all rights to content you transmit through our Service. By using InstaTunnel, you grant us a limited license to:

• Transmit your content through our infrastructure
• Generate anonymized analytics and metrics
• Perform necessary technical operations

8. Service Availability

Uptime and Reliability

We strive to provide reliable service with:

• Free Tier: Best effort availability
• Pro Tier: 99.9% uptime SLA
• Business Tier: 99.95% uptime SLA

Maintenance and Updates

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will:

• Provide advance notice when possible
• Minimize disruption during maintenance windows

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• InstaTunnel is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for content transmitted through tunnels
• You use the Service at your own risk

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InstaTunnel and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content you transmit through our Service
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the dashboard
• Contacting our support team
• Canceling your subscription (if applicable)

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Pose a security risk to our systems

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• All active tunnels are immediately closed
• Your access to the Service is revoked
• Your data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding fees remain due

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for:
